Leeds City Council Pitch Allocations
West Riding FA will again be responsible for all allocations and collection of tenancy fees in relation to Leeds City Council football pitch hire for season 2024/25.
Therefore, Clubs/Teams are now invited to apply for the seasonal hire of a Leeds City Council football pitch and, where applicable, changing room facilities for the forthcoming season.
Please note:
- A Club’s previous season allocation will be given priority where possible.
- No applications will be considered from Clubs with outstanding pitch allocation debt from the previous season.
- It is imperative that you insert the day and preferred kick off time detail for each team requiring use of a pitch (e.g. Saturday, 2.00pm).
- Please note that failure to request your pitch(es) by the deadline, or failing to correctly enter all the details requested could result in pitches being allocated to another Club, being taken out of service or changed to accommodate demand for another sport in the City.
- Please do not request an allocation for a pitch as a back-up option for other sites you may have access to. This has a knock-on effect for other clubs/teams potentially looking to utilise a site.
Timescales
1. Please complete the Online Application Form and upload your completed ‘Leeds Playing Fields Request’ sheet by no later than Friday 21st June 2024.

A strict code of conduct will be applied to all Clubs using parks pitches and facilities allocated by West Riding County FA, on behalf of Leeds City Council. By completing the application form your club agrees to adhere to all user conditions given. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary procedures and the withdrawal of these services.

2024/2025 Football Season:
- Individual site layouts for each site can be downloaded in the Useful Documents section at the bottom of this page. Please note that these individual site layouts are kept as accurate as possible however are occasionally subject to change due to changes in team/format demand on certain sites.
- Hire charges for pitches and changing rooms (where applicable) have been confirmed by Leeds City Council and will be per team as follows:
Pitch Hire Charges
Mini-Soccer (5v5, 7v7) - £140.00
Youth Football (9v9, 11v11) - £282.00
Senior Football - £772.00
Changing Facilities Hire Charges
Mini-Soccer & Youth Football - £344.00
Senior Football - £515.00
Casual Matches
Youth Football - £41.00
Senior Football - £90.00
Please note that pre-payment is not required. You will receive an invoice containing deadlines and methods of payment in due course when pitches have been allocated.
The information you provide will be held in accordance with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. Your information once you are affiliated may be shared with your League(s) and where applicable – other Clubs, for the purposes of pitch allocation and pitch sharing only.
