Ticket offers available to disability teams at upcoming Bradford City home games
Bradford City FC Community Foundation have joined West Riding FA to offer promotional tickets for two upcoming Bradford City FC home games.
Bradford City’s match vs Colchester on Saturday 22nd March will be its annual Level Playing Field fixture, which celebrates disability sport at all levels. The Foundation is inviting local disability football teams, social and support groups to join us to mark the occasion.
The Foundation if offering tickets in their dedicated TL Dallas Community Stand for just £3 to all eligible groups - but that’s not all! The Foundation will match all ticket purchases for free - that means everyone who gets a ticket is guaranteed at least one extra free ticket, to bring along a friend or family member. The Foundation’s City Hub, which acts as a cafe and meeting space and is open before the match, has its own wellbeing and sensory room, which is available and usable before, during and after the game.
Full details on the University of Bradford’s disability access can be found here.
Two weeks later, the Foundation will celebrate Bradford City’s annual Her Game Too fixture when City face Crewe Alexandra on Saturday 5th April. Her Game Too, which recently officially partnered with the Foundation, seeks to engage women and girls in playing and following football. The Foundation are providing the same offer for this game - all tickets purchased will be matched for free!
The TL Dallas Community Stand is the Foundation’s dedicated space for local organisations to watch Bradford City AFC at a discounted price. The stand is fully accessible, with 20 wheelchair spaces, is a dry stand (meaning alcohol is not served) and is situated right behind the goal at the south side of the University of Bradford stadium.
All junior matchgoers are also invited to the Foundation’s dedicated junior fanzone, the Bantams Clubhouse, which is located at BEAP Community Partnership, right next to the TL Dallas Community Stand. The Clubhouse is fully accessible, and always features appearances by city’s mascot, Billy Bantam, and City players before every home weekend game.
