National Safeguarding Administrator Vacancy

We’re looking for a passionate and organised National Safeguarding Administrator to join our team and help ensure that football is safe, inclusive, and fun for all.
Location: Fleet Lane, Woodlesford, Leeds, LS26 8NX
Contract: Fixed Term (until 30th June 2026)
Hours: 35 per week (flexible between 9 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday)
Salary: £23,000 + Benefits
About the Role
As our National Safeguarding Administrator, you’ll support safeguarding compliance across grassroots football. Collaborating with The FA and other County FAs, you’ll help maintain high safeguarding standards, assist Designated Safeguarding Officers, and ensure a safer football environment for everyone.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing administrative support for safeguarding compliance.
• Assisting in implementing and monitoring safeguarding action plans.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to promote safe and inclusive football.
• Using data and insights to drive improvements in safeguarding practices.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a team environment, has excellent organisational skills, and a passion for safeguarding and inclusion.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Background in administration, project management, or safeguarding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
• An understanding of safeguarding, inclusion, and equality practices.
Desirable (but not essential):
• Knowledge of FA systems like Whole Game System or CRM.
• Experience in a safeguarding or welfare-related role.
• Presentation and data analysis skills.
