The FA Has Launched An Online Safeguarding Children Recertification Course To Make It Easy For Coaches To Update Their Training. Any Coach That Has Completed The 3 Hour Face-To-Face ‘Safeguarding Children Workshop’ Can Take This Course.

The FA are offering all coaches working with under 18 teams in FA Charter Standard Clubs the opportunity to have an up to date ‘Safeguarding Children’ certificate as part of the FA Charter Standard Health Check. An up to date certificate is one that is less than three years old.

Because The FA values FA Charter Standard Clubs and wants to support you through the Health Check process we are making the recertification course FREE to the first 10,000 coaches from Charter Standard Clubs who enrol. They simply need to enter “free” in the promotional code box when enrolling to benefit from this offer.

We will also be writing to your Club Welfare Officer who can help you identify which coaches need to renew their Safeguarding Children certificate.
