We are running a ‘Future Lioness’ Talent ID Event, with the aim of identifying young female footballers (school years 7 and 8 as of September 2024) in the Calderdale & Bradford region who demonstrate talent and potential.

The exact date and venue/s is yet to be confirmed as it will depend on the numbers registering, but it will be in early October and based within the Bradford & Calderdale region. 

Schools and grassroots club coaches are requested to select who they believe to be the most suitable female players across the target year groups to attend. As this event is to identify players who could enter the England Talent Pathway, the players must be of a high level in terms of talent and/or potential so please consider carefully whether or not the child is suitable for this event before completing the form to avoid disappointment.  

The event is being delivered by Bradford School Games Organisers, in partnership with The FA’s England Women’s Talent Pathway and West Riding County FA. The venue location will be communicated with you closer to the time but will be within the Bradford & Calderdale region.
